Maggie leads our people operations. With a decade of experience in learning and development, Maggie brings a systems-thinking approach to organizational development. Prior to Automation Hero, Maggie worked for the state of California on large scale technology implementations where she spearheaded needs assessments, developed training programs, and facilitated change management initiatives to drive adoption.
She is passionate about embedding values into the work culture and impacting the future of work with AI and automation. She holds a master of science in Applied Psychology - a blend of organizational and consumer psychology - from the University of Southern California.
