Before you book
Do we need to be technical?
No. We do the install with you on a call. After that you talk to your agents in Slack, email or WhatsApp.
What does the monthly fee cover?
AI usage at normal volume, monitoring, fixes when a connected tool changes, and a monthly check-in.
Can an agent email customers or change our store on its own?
Only if you switch that on. Out of the box, agents read and draft, and you approve.
We need something that’s not on the shelf.
Book a call anyway. If the job repeats every week we can usually build it, quoted separately.
Can we cancel?
Any month. We remove every connection and hand over your prompts, rules and files.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
It drafts and you approve, so a mistake stays a draft. Tell us what was off and we adjust its rules the same week. Every run is logged, so we can see exactly why it happened.
