Automate Common Requests

Automation Hero’s natural language processors can determine the intent of a message and automate a written response or route it to the appropriate department.

Many incoming messages from telecom customers are repetitive and often only require minor changes to their plan. However, these small updates and requests can add up to many hours throughout the week that are not dedicated to generating revenue. Some of the most common incoming customer requests are for changes to their address, removing a line from their service plan or paying their bill.

These manual changes can easily be automated. Automation Hero’s natural language processors (NLPs) can scan and determine the intent of a message and then automate a written response or route it to the appropriate department.

It can pull both structured and unstructured data. For example, mapping form fields or pulling data from written communication (e.g. email, Word document) and then updating it in the appropriate CRM fields or routing the message to the correct department or representative. These types of changes can be handled either with unattended automation or reviewed and then automated by the end user.
